What can we offer?
Batala Manchester can accommodate indoor and outdoor gigs with a minimum of 12 players to effectively carry the sound. Having access to players from 9 sister bands throughout the UK and nearly 2000 globally, we can go as big as you need!

Our prices vary according to the situational needs of the event and the experience the client wishes to create. The location, timings, number of sets and amount of players determine our quote, but we think you will be pleasantly surprised!
We typically do 1 to 5 sets of 10-30 minutes as a performance. We can move between locations at the specified site with breaks or offer a continuous short parade.

Carnivals & festivals,
Batala are well known at festivals and carnivals such as Notting Hill carnival, Highest point festival, Manchester Day Parade, Victorious, Bestival and Kendal Calling to name a few! Book us to keep the punters awake and entertained throughout your extended event!
Nightclubs
Batala players love nightclub gigs and party atmospheres, and a small band knows how to get the party started, be it privately organised or a ticketed event. Book us to add a special performance to liven the atmosphere and get your guests moving.
Public events
As samba reggae players, whose authentic candoble inspired music comes from the homeland of loud drums in Brazil, we know how to really move people with our music. Be it a running event, a public celebration or a family event, Batala rhythms will inspire movement and smiles!
